I am calling to ask Representative [Name] to oppose the HB 328 conference report. I support strong age-21 protections, independent testing, licensing, clear labeling and enforcement against unsafe products and sales to minors.
However, I oppose the 0.4 mg total-THC-per-container approach because it would eliminate many lawful products and harm responsible North Carolina farms and small businesses. Please support a clean age-21 bill and workable regulation instead.
